RateMyCaseworker is a privately-held company based in Texas. The website allows registered users to leave written feedback about their interactions with caseworkers, and rank the caseworker's service based on these criteria: personable ability, respect for families, professional ability, accuracy of family assessment, knowledge of available or necessary services and overall family support.

Prior to the launch of RateMyCaseworker, people had no way to provide feedback about caseworkers who are being paid for by your tax dollars.  In May of 2009, RateMyCaseworker founder decided to create an online forum for citizens to voice both their praise and criticism of caseworkers.  It is the hope of the site's founder that citizens and departments alike will use this powerful tool as a way of monitoring caseworker performance. Caseworkers who do their job well will receive the public attention they deserve. So will the dishonorable few who try to hide misconduct behind the power of their department.

Now you can participate. If you have an encounter with a caseworker, please feel free to responsibly rate your caseworker according to the standards of performance offered on the site.
